For those who don’t know it yet, I’m doing a stage set and costume design for my Bachelor Thesis. Gonna let the asian and european culture melt!!
So the plan is to sew 2 costumes plus an 600x180cm stage set illustration for the fairy tale cinderella inspired by the japanese Kabuki Theatre. Don’t ask me how the hell I came up with that… I think it’s just a bizarre way to express myself.
For now I was trying to work out some silhouettes for the costumes

First ideas, not the final draft though…I have to come up with more, cause it’s not dramatic enough. (please excuse the proportions)

Illustrations for the stage set and shoe selections will follow soon!
Thanks for dropping by my blog and wasting your time.
Yes done! The artwork and the mixtape. Just enjoy this great mix by Anthony Valadez, DJ and radio host straight from LA! Anthony came up with the idea to do a “Vi Pham Mixtape” and I’m supposed to do the artwork for it. At first I thought he was kidding, but then he was really serious about it. So yeah, here it is! So great that we get to do this collab. I’m really loving the tracks on it!
Check out lots of other dope mixes on his website anthonyvaladez.com!
Much love and thanks Anthony!
